Spine’O B is a digital storyteller in the truest sense — a music artist who turned a lifetime of struggle, survival, and self‑discovery into sound. Born and raised on a council estate in the early 1990s, he grew up in a world that was loud, raw, and unforgiving. Navigating childhood in a wheelchair, he learned early that resilience wasn’t optional. It was oxygen.
Music became the place where he could speak without limits. Every beat, every bar, every melody carries a piece of the boy he was and the man he became.
Across five decades of life, Spine’O B has lived through the things most people only whisper about: the sting of failed relationships, the weight of depression, the panic of anxiety attacks, the feeling of being trapped in a body that doesn’t always cooperate, and the constant fight to be seen beyond the chair.

Growing up with little money and without a reliable father figure, Spine’O B found himself learning about life through experience, friendships and the people around him. Juvenile captures the freedom, confusion and recklessness of being young — from crazy antics with mates and unforgettable memories to the temptations that come with growing up and searching for different ways to make money.
The album paints a picture of teenage life where right and wrong aren't always clear. It's about being young, trying to fit in, chasing excitement, making questionable decisions and learning lessons the hard way.
